I have subscribed to this product for 3 years. I eat a smoothie for breakfast 3-4 times per week. This powder has quality ingredients, low sugar and tastes great in combination with the fruit and nuts I blend with it.

Good flavor( especially for something made from bones)

I’ve been taking this for over six years after suffering a rotator cuff tear and wanting to avoid surgery. During my research, I found many people reporting significant improvements in both their rotator cuff injuries and overall joint health. Within just two weeks of consistent use (two scoops daily), I regained full range of motion in my arm and was able to return to the gym. Everyone’s situation is different, but based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend trying this before considering surgery.

Product: 5 Star Flavor: 1 Star Next time I would not buy the Vanilla. I am not picky when it comes to supplements. I know they are not going to taste great or even like food. I was hoping I could make this into a shake but it is not good on its own.(adding a vanilla protien scooped made it awesome) The nutritional value is worth a 5 star however The vanilla taste added was not a good choice. It taste like vanilla bone broth, exactly what it says. I don’t know why I was expecting it to taste better than the name. I can’t not drink it on its own. I would give the vanilla a 1star only because it has to have a star. I would not buy the vanilla and drink it by it’s self again. I will however will buy this product again in the bone broth flavor. ***Edited: I added one scoop of IdealLean vanilla protein shake it it takes great! It tastes like a cappuccino! Very excited.

I really like this product. I have a scoop every morning.

I make an iced coffee with this and it is quite good. My skin and nails have really improved since taking this. I use it as a meal replacement, the protein keeps me full for quite a while. My absolute only complaint is it is a little hard to mix. I have found it mixes better hot than cold. I make hot coffee, mix this in and then cool it for my iced coffee. Takes some planning ahead.

A quality product at a reduced price

This is the first collagen powder I’ve ever tried and I hoped to be able to add it to my tea or coffee. It does not dissolve in the hot beverage, a lot of it sticks to the spoon and what’s in the cup clumps. I don’t do smoothies much but I can’t think of any other ways to consume it, may end up throwing it out.
