The wait is over!!
I had searched all over the internet for the best way to keep my Childs food warm until his class went to lunch at school, with no prevail. (he is a very picky eater) The thanks can go to his mother for that. lol I tried everything I could think of and things other parents have used, then I found this beautiful creation. I put this in his lunch box that is designed for keeping heat in and it does just as we wanted it to. The search is finally over!! We have used it since school started (back in august) and it's still going strong.

Leaked
While using the pack I realised I was getting a high vinegar type scent and when I tried to adjust it I felt something gritty. On inspection I noticed the sandy crystals on my skin, clothes and outside the pack, bunching at the area where the leakage was occurring. I usually rate this product highly to my colleagues but this was very disappointing.

Great customer service
I ordered a couple of these. While I had some trouble with one of them, the company responded with great customer service to remedy the issue. As such, I'm planning to order more of these soon.
