AKG ARA USB Microphone, Black

First of all, I disagree with some the negative reviews given here. I would like to give a genuine review. I bought AKG lyra mainly for podcasting as well as recording. I pre-ordered the microphone and got it delivered on June 8th. I've been using it for different purposes since then. I can promise that it is a great quality microphone. Its worth every penny you spent for it. If you learn to adjust the gain control you will get crystal clear voice even in reasonably noicy atmosphere. I've tried recording it with Nuendo and Abelton live softwares and its results are impressive. I use it for zoom webinars and my friends say that it gives a clear sound. You can easily mount it on a normal microphone stand or a boom scissor arm stand. I use it on boom scissor arm stand a d I love it. You can easily connect it to Mobile, laptop or iPad. Though it's body is made of plastic, the stand is made of metal and according to my opinion that doesn't affect us in any ways. If any of you are looking for a budget microphone with an assured quality and performance you can surely go for it without hesitation. We are using AKG codeless microphones for few years in our church, with that experience I can tell you that AKG keeps the sound quality, durability and their standard even in their least priced models. Before I purchased it I went through a lot of international reviews and comparisons. All the professional guys gave good positive comments on AKG lyra. Compared with several others brands and features I found it better and affordable. I am glad about my choice.

The functionality is excellent (5/5), and it's truly plug-and-play (5/5). The clarity is very good (4.5/5), as is the overall quality (4.5/5). Considering the price, it's a strong product (4/5), though I deducted half a point because it lacks app control.

Excellent quality, the best in the price, only I'm facing the issue was noise cancellation. There is no auto noise cancellation feature. If you are looking for a Mic, this is the best in the segment for casting and gaming. It is working type C to type C cable as well. The packaging was super. No need to install various software, it works straightforwardly. It is working for my Mac with no issues.

Worth the money. Crystal clear Professional mic transformed for lifestyle user, so that we can easily connect it to computer or phone. Very best for Zoom, Webex and other meetings. also for office chat VOIP Calls. For computer connection, just a USB cabke comes along with the .ic. For mobile connection, you need an USB adapter with USB Female pin in one end and either 3.5 male pin or USB C type male in another end based on your phone's audio pin type. You can adjuat the mic gain so that the opponent can hear even pin drop sound because the mic is damn sensitive so it can xapture vocals iutside your building as well. dont worry you can adjuat the gain so use it for the purposes. Capyure modes are great, front for single audio, front and back for 2 people talking in opposite to the mic. And stero mode for group talking to the mic.

My expectations when I am buying this product it should cut most of the noise around me. As I am using this product when I am working from home. Even in the front mode, it captures a bit of background noise but the tight stereo option helps most of the time when you want to cut the background noise. Other than that every other option works perfectly. I still say go ahead and buy the product. Best output within this budget.

Mikrofon jest dość mały, bardzo ładny, solidnie wykonany (dość ciężki) i przede wszystkim nagrywa dobry dzwięk. Brakuje trochę regulacji głośności mikrofonu, jest tylko regulacja głośności słuchawek. Natomiast to co dyskwalifikuje dla mnie ten mikrofon to potworne dudnienie gdy dotyka się powierzchni na ktorej stoi mikrofon, pisze na klawiaturze itp. Jeśli ktoś chce jednocześnie nagrywać i uzywać klawiatury to ten mikrofon sie nie nadaje, najdrobniejsze nawet stuknięcia w biurko czy klawiaturę zmienia się w potężne dudnienie, ramię do mikrofonu nie pomaga chyba ze jest przytwierdzone do czego innego niż biurko z klawiaturą (świetnie to słychać w recenzji na youtube na kanale Creators Village) Zdecydowanie odradzam!

Bought it as replacement mic for my brother for $39 it blows my mind with it build quality. Amazing sound quality. Super sensitive to human voice with almost full range pickup . Can't beat its value for money with its set on desk design that works very well also with pattern select 👍 😀 👌

Rien à redire. Super qualité d'enregistrement, super fonctionnalités. Très utile pour composer des musiques ou faire des podcasts.

Maravilhoso este microfone. Ele pega qualquer ruído externo. Qdo for usar, não pode ter nenhum ruído, principalmente se for usar em estúdio de gravação

Sinceramente no se puede pedir más de un micrófono ready to connect USB, no me ha decepcionado nada, la calidad es excelente, suenan súper bien para mis clases en línea de música. El audio es muy nítido, no suena basuriento, captura muy bien el sonido del piano y más o menos del violín (batalla ligeramente con los agudos del violín, pero esto es normal hasta para un micrófono profesional, es difícil capturar el sonido de un violín fielmente, requiere micrófono especial y lugar de buena acústica). Adoro el producto, los materiales, todo... Es un producto de alta calidad claramente, como debe de ser. Nota: la base donde se pone tiene la rosca de plástico, es un asco, es horrenda, porque esa cosa se puede barrer a largo plazo, (por mi fortuna no la uso, muy mal por el fabricante porque la base se siente de calidad pero eso destruye toda la calidad que tiene) por mi fortuna no la uso así que me da igual, pero tomen nota. Para finalizar igual tiene una apariencia súper bonita, me gusta mucho.
