Originally I was going to buy the cheapest stand out there, but I decided to spend a little bit more to make sure I was going to have something that was going to protect my decanters. And I was not disappointed; this stand is built solid and has a nice protective coating at the top to help protect the decanter.I can speak to the service of the company as well; they sent me an email to make sure I was happy with the purchase, In my response I made one small comment about a concern I had, and by the end of the day, they had already addressed my concern. In all my years of shopping on-line, I have never had a company respond so quickly and with so much commitment to making sure I was a satisfied customer.

Great drying stand, simple, effective. I din't think about the dimensions but got lucky and will note below:- rubber sheathed metal on upper holding ring holds the decanter without potentially scratching the glass- upper holding ring is about 5in dia., stands above counter at 10in.- I purchased a decanter that is 12.5in tall with a flared body 7in dia. at its widest, this rests in the stand with about 1.5in gap from the counter to the decanter. Get anything taller and you might be in a pickle, anything shorter and you are golden.- The stand foot is not coated in rubber, this has posed no issues for me

When we purchased our decanter, the angle of the lip meant that you couldn't stand it upside down to drain, nor would you want to due to its wide bottom. I saw the stand and thought, now that would just what we needed. Put a towel under the stand, and invert the decanter on the rack and its perfect for drying a freshly cleaned decanter. Perfect companion.

I was gifted a decanter and wondered how to ensure proper dryness. I saw this stand and immediately placed the purchase. I was so satisfied after the first use that I had to inform future consumers of f this great product and value.Additionally, I purchased a cork and bead set to complete a delightful and repeated wine experience.

I liked the design and how sturdy this drying rack was, delivery was prompt and price was very reasonable. I really wanted to give a 5 stars review, unfortunately the product arrived with more than a few blemishes, from bulging plastic to air bubbles to scratches and stains. Will let the photos do the talking. Usually I would return this but I ordered this from outside of US and it is just too much hassle to send this back.

Before we got this stand we had to set our decanters upside down on the counter and HOPE no one bumped them and knocked them over. It feels much more secure to use this stand to hold it while it dries. So glad we got it!

The product is good quality, worth a little extra money. And the customer service is fantastic. Prompt follow up email checking on my happiness with the item. And now it's so much easier to dry my decanter.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. It fits a large bowl/balloon type decanter (without a handle) and a smaller footprint Riedel Cabernet decanter. It works well and we are both happy with it.
