Great quality mug. Very well constructed. Lid fits tight as it should. You have to slide the mouth piece open to be able to push the lid closed, then close the mouth piece. You don't have to worry if the lid will come of accidentally. Keeps content very hot. I like having a handle, just like a ceramic mug but your cup holder does need to be big enough to hold the cup.

Very nice productfor relatively cheap compared to others of its kind, it is a great productbased on its type of top, it has very little to no leak, and has great sealskeeps things very hot/cold when necessarylooks nice, and is a good size, would recommend

I bought this in either November or December of 2024. I love it. It is my go to mug-everyday. Perfect size, light and keeps my coffee warm all morning.

This mug perfectly hits all the basics: the lid seal is secure (the only way my tea is gonna escape is when it's poured into my face); the 20 ounce capacity means I'm not barreling into the kitchen to refill it every 20 minutes, and it keeps my tea (Taylor's Scottish Breakfast tyvm) HOT.I like the sliding seal for the opening, which is...I dunno more elegant (?) than the flip tops most have. The way it just kinda glides when you push it makes me feel like I'm sliding back the lid covering the Fountain of Youth.The handle is streamlined yet large enough to allow a firm grip on a full mug.The mug is so lightweight that you'll doubt its strength & efficiency but you'd be wrong. It's sturdy.Last but not least, the color. I'm a 70-year-old magpie with a lifelong attraction to shiny, sparkly things. "Do I really need a sparkly mug?" Why yes, yes I do. This mug would look right at home on the desk of an astronomer because the sparkly rainbow sheen looks like an image from the James Webb telescope. I grin every time I look at it. (Old ladies are notoriously easily amused.)I can't believe I waxed rhapsodic over a mug.Just buy the damned thing.

These are great cups. They keep drinks cold very well and they are comfortable to hold. They do not fit in a car cup holder but I have other cups for that. I buy these for putting decals on to have cups decorated the way I want.

Something is off with the paint they used.The mug itself is functional and works for my needs. I would order another if they offered a stainless version - no paint.I would have given this mug 4 stars had there been a non-slip base. This was designed to accommodate a non-slip pad. I believe this is a generic version of a well-known brand. The branded version does have the rubber pad on the bottom. Hopefully the branded version has better paint.As expected the paint is flaking off of the handle. Again, how it looks does not bother me. And, I know not to touch my mouth, nose, or eyes until I've washed my hands after using this mug.To be fair, it is stated "hand wash only". The reason for this is due to the extreme heat in a dishwasher. Metal expands and contracts with heat. Even the branded version is hand wash only. This is to help prevent paint chipping as the metal expands and contracts. The reason I deducted 1 star for the paint, is not due to chipping and flaking. It is because the paint is highly suspect. It should not discolor like this. Given the reaction to detergent, it's possible this is lead based paint - banned in the US.How it looks doesn't bother me. Thanks to the paint stopping 1/2in down from the lip I don't need to worry about the paint being lead based. If this is indeed lead based paint, is the BPA free plastic?The large capacity and good heat retention suit my needs.I took the non-slip pad off my old mug and used rubber cement to affix to this mug. I also removed the sliding stopper on this lid. The stopper designed made it impossible to ensure all milk and creamer residue was properly washed off. If you drink black coffee the sliding stopper won't be an issue.For those worried about the paint and plastic, follow the instructions - hand wash only. If any harmful contaminants are present they will bleed put in the dishwasher. Possibly contaminating other items in the dishwasher. To be 100% safe, hand wash this mug separately. Hand washing is a must for those who are pregnant and/or have children. To be clear, I am not confirming the paint and lid do contain toxins. Merely stating it's possible given the paints reaction to detergent.

I am very pleased with the mug, it’s just my own clumsiness that caused my problem. It keeps my coffee at a drinkable temperature for as long as the coffee coffee lasts, I just wish that the mug came with thee ability to order new lids. Or they would ship them with a spare lid, as that is what. Breaks when it is dropped..if I break this. Current one I will order another one and use this one as a drinking glass.
