What do you mean, Are these Kosher?

Do they get soggy once placed on the frosting? Also, do the colors bleed?

The colors did not bleed for me. The leaves softened but did not get soggy (even after a couple of days) when I had it with a cream cheese/butter/maple based frosting. They might if you use a looser frosting with more moisture, though. These looked really nice, didn't really have a whole lot of taste, so they didn't compete with the other flavors and they got compliments. They are a just a little brittle, though, so do be gentle getting them in and out of the packaging. I would buy them again.
