Not for Sibo
You van not really choose the temperature but have five fixed programs. Also you cant set the timer longer than 24h. One batch is only 900ml. Useless for Sibo Joghurt.

Before pouring milk into the machine, you have to boil it and wait for the temperature to drop before pouring it into the jars. It's really time-consuming!! I wish I had bought a product that does all the steps. The product is of good quality, but it does the steps incompletely. I recommend buying a product that does all the steps.
