Ray-Ban RB3447 Round Metal Sunglasses

These have all the right signs of what authentic Raybans portray. But beware. I went down the checklist of everything that can tell you whether they're real or not. Everything from the weight, the box, barbodes, and case, to the frames down to the tiny print on every aspect of the glasses. What gave it away? Authentic Rayban glasses seal the lenses to the frames seamlessly. If you were to take a real pair, hold the hinges, and twist up/down and side to side, you wouldn't hear squeaking or rubbing sounds of the lenses moving around the frames. These? So squeaky you'd think you'd need WD-40. You could tell the lenses were not fitted to the metal frames correctly, and this was what also made them feel cheap. If you're going to buy knockoffs, these are still pricey here on Amazon to be considered a good deal. So if you're willing to pay this much, you might as well pay more and get the real ones straight from the Rayban website- which I did and I'm so glad.

Come with a rayban case. I would totally purchase more colors of these. Not too small on my huge face. I have a few pairs of raybans and these are the same great quality.

No need to talk about RB or B&L optics, and the quality of these Italian made sunglasses is excellent. One thing I didn't see in the reviews, the picture looks like the lenes are transparent but they are blue mirrors and you would not see the nose piece through the glass like in the picture. They are wonderful sunglasses, and exactly like a pair I had in the early "70's.

Everything delivered as advertised - actual Ray-Ban box (inside Amazon packaging) was a little damaged but I couldn’t find any issues with the contents because of it.Very delicate quality, which might be a little nerve-wracking for anyone that’s never spent so much on a pair of sunglasses (hi! I’m talking about me) but the case is actually a nice hard shell hybrid for protection against squishing.

Love these glasses! Came quickly and in proper packaging. I have a narrow face and high cheek bones - usually hard for me to find sunglasses that work and don't look too large for my face. I received so many compliments on them! Definitely would buy again.

The pair I ordered was sold by Amazon as the merchant, they did not come from a third party seller. The Ray Bans that I received are authentic. I have a pair that I purchased directly from Ray Ban and the pair from Amazon is identical. These are a classic. I highly recommend them if you are comfortable going all-out retro. They are especially nice if one has a narrow, angular face.I do think that counterfeit Ray Bans are being sold.. But, from experience, if you stick with Amazon as the seller, you will receive authentic Ray Bans. Look at the upper right side of the page after you have made your selection and make sure it states “sold by Amazon” for the seller. Third party merchants may come up at a cheaper price but it also may be a risk buying from them. I am not saying that all third party sellers on Amazon sell counterfeits. I am saying that sometimes it may be a possibility with a third party seller.

EDITING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. These glasses have a much more plastic feel than other ray bans so I assumed them to be knock offs. I ordered a pair from Ray Bans actual website before I had returned these so I compared them. They are 100% authentic.

I ordered these RB3447s to see what the buzz was about. When they arrived, I was impressed by the quality of the sunglass. The craftsmanship was something else, even for Ray-Ban. Unfortunately, this sunglass isn't for me; it was too narrow for my face. My head is on the large side for a man, but it isn't anything extreme (my hat size is approximately 7 1/4" and large aviator sunglasses (58mm) usually fit me). Nevertheless, the Round Metal 50mms were too small for my face (even accounting for the fact that that's just kind of how they look on many people). I've returned my order and will probably just stick with aviator sunglasses going forward. These really are nice, however. I can see why people like them. Given the style, I'd just recommend making extra certain they fit you before making your purchase.Update April 10, 2016: I gave this sunglass another try today at a Sunglass Hut during a visit to New York City. Personally, I still think it runs somewhat small, but probably not unacceptably so. I think it really is just a matter of taste. Considering what an investment a new pair of Ray-Bans is, I'll stick with my aviators. Still, for people with a slightly large face like me (my hat size is around 7 1/4"), I wouldn't dissuade them from at least trying them out. In fact, if I'm ever in the market for a new pair of sunglasses again, I'd probably consider these myself.

Gli occhiali sono bellissimi, proprio i classici round. Sono un'icona intramontabile!In foto sembrano un colore verde piu chiaro in realtà sono piuttosto scuri.La montatura da l'idea di qualcosa di delicato ma comunque ben solida, ovviamente maneggiateli sempre con cura.Appena li indosserete, nonostante 50x20 sia sempre stata la vostra misura piu opportuna, vi sembreranno piuttosto piccoli. Per carità, potrebbe anche esserci ma in considerate che questa E' una montatura piccola. Cioè, è famosa anche per questo. Pertanto non vi allarmate. Se ne cercate una piu grande e tondeggiande potreste valutare la ja-jo ma personalmente ho preferito questa.Tanto per farvi un esempio, quelli che portava john lennon anch'essi erano piuttosto piccoli, pertanto rientra proprio nello stile.Premesso questo, nella confezione troverete gli occhiali, una specie di manualino (dovrebbe essere il certificato di garanzia e autenticità) ripiegato a fisarmonica ed una custodia protettiva.Credo che comunque convenga farsi fare qualche regolazione dal proprio ottico, valutate voi, nel mio caso non è servito.L'ho pagati 93,00 euro contro i 145 di listino, direi un affare. These are the nicest sunglasses I’ve ever owned. Really beautiful quality, and no danger of them being fake since they are sold by amazon. They are made of metal, and seem much nicer quality than wayfarers in my opinion. I am a big guy, but these are plenty large enough for me, whilst still looking just small enough to be a little bit quirky and different. I haven’t had a problem with light ingress around the edges like some people complain about with round sunglasses, and the lens seem very high quality which is why I like driving with them. Best of all is that they just look super cool - quirky, but in no way daft - just cool.

Occhiali originali, arrivati in appena 3 giorni con spedizione prime. Sono originali, perfetti nei minimi particolari (come tutti i rayban) e sono arrivati con scatola, custodia marrone con dentro il libricino rayban e la pezza per pulire le lenti. Tutto perfetto fino a quando pulendo le lenti mi sono accorta di due graffietti nella parte bassa della lente sinistra, quasi invisibili se non ci si fa caso ma passandoci un’unghia si sente proprio il graffio. Solo per questo do 3 stelle, per il resto tutto ok.

Escribo esta reseña para todos los que como yo compramos un articulo esperando recibir el correcto.Afortunadamente los lentes que compre con Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S de R.L. de C.V. son correctos1.- 47mm de ancho en el lente2.- La caja tiene sus respectivas etiquetas que toda caja original tienen (al menos en todos los Ray-Ban que yo tengo sus cajas cuentan con sus datos)3.-La calidad del manual y la toalla para limpiarlos son de la calidad y consistencia correctas4.- El estuche el correcto
