Excellent for small spaces/1 room
I've had this for two winters now and love it. The remote works well and controls all the functions of the fan. I primarily use it for heat in the winter cus my building doesn't let me control my room's radiator and it's never warm enough. In a roughly 12x18 room, this Dyson has the room crazy warm in all of 15 minutes. I really rely on it and it has delivered day in and day out.Highly recommended.

Seller expects you to pay for the mistakes
Bought this because I have another Dyson fan and was super happy with it.However, I was given an older model than the one in the picture and it’s super noisy when I turn on the heater. I don’t know if that’s because it uses a different heater than my other one or because it’s defective, but it doesn’t fit the product description either way.I am returning it now, to buy the actual model shown from someone else. But the seller is having me pay for the return postage. Which is really annoying considering they didn’t even bother to send the advertised one

I thought was going to be a hit.
It didn't produce the kind of heat that I anticipated. but when I got it home it didn't heat a 20 x 20 fully enclosed room.

Unreachable heater cores will fail
I've had this heater for a few years and then I receieved an H02 code. Meaning the heater cores were dirty. I disassembled as best as I could and see now way to remove and clean the heater cores. 500$ for an engineer to design something that isn't repairable...?
