This works! Amazing pumps.
This is very effective for me. Has helped build muscle, increase strength and ever I’ve noticed most is it gives a full feeling to your muscles and provides a massive pump during workouts. Been using this for roughly 10 years. Easily dissolves. Value is ok for the benefits it gives. The flavor is great if you opt for a flavored version. Just throw it in your post workout isolate shake and your bedtime casein shake. Highly recommend.

Can't Believe I Slept On This
If it's just a placebo, then keep it coming -- my workouts feel more satisfying and my recovery feels increased since adding this to my post-workout protein mix. I typically go for a Gold Standard Whey with milk after a workout, but have been adding Bio-Gro in (and mixing in with my coffee on rest days) and seem to really feel a difference. Muscles feel fuller, and my wife even commented that I look like my post-lockdown physique is improving much faster than expected. This is a permanent add-on to my stack: five stars!

Sadly. This products reliability has fallen to an all time low.
I've been using bio gro for over 2 years. My experience used to be great. Results. Gains. And recovery. Biggest most important is serving consistency. When the labels were black red ,and white. 60 servings was 60 servings and always on point. Since the re labeling 60 servings means exactly 42 servings. I have measured every scoop from 8 different containers purchased over 3 months at 4 containers at a time. My thing if you don't get what you pay for. FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL UNSURE YOU GET WHAT THEY ADVERTISE , AND CHARGE YOU FOR.
