The cable is this and durable so it won't break to easily. With the hook it stays on your ear where you put it. And due to it being wired, you don't have any batteries dying. The ear loops are attached stinky and securely. However, if you leave it hanging over your shoulder on your chest and something less against it, the ear clips can pop off. I lost one that way.I'd use it for 10 hrs a night every night for almost 2 months now.For 20$ it's more than worth it's value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Really good at what it does *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2018* I was looking for a single earphone to listen to podcasts, ect. while I worked, and still have an ear open for regular conversations and phone calls and such. This works great for that. The sound is really good, making stereo sound go mono without making it sound weird and flat. I also wanted an earphone, not an earbud, because I have super small ears and earbuds don't stay in and aren't comfortable. Also, having the earphone be able to be loosely against my ear instead of pushed in the ear canal is way healthier.NOTE: the earphone comes with two clip things that wrap around your ear. These suck. They don't bend, they are very uncomfortable, and they break super easy. HOWEVER, I had some of those moldable plastic beads, and made my own clip thingie, and recommend anyone who gets this earphone do the same. Totally worth it, and makes a good earphone a GREAT earphone.The earphone itself is pretty durable, I have just bought a second earphone after finally breaking the first one after two years of use, which is a reaaaaallly good record for me. Especially since I use it every day. It finally died when I got it wet, so yeah. Don't do that.Again, really nice mono earphone that is light and durable and makes good sound. I use this earbud for my wirelsss headphone montitor, when I’m on stage with my band. The sound is terrific, it’s very comfortable and nearly unnoticeable while wearing it... BUT, the plug does not seem to fit all jacks well and has a tendency to cut out, until you wiggle or turn it a bit to get better contact.
