I own a classic car that has scratches on the rear window from detailing the paint w/a buffer. Which product would be best?

Talk to a glass specialist. You may need professional sanding and polishing. If they are “fine” buff marks this will do it. But the surface must stay wet while polishing. Even scratches will polish to a point they don’t reflect and sparkle…
