I purchased the cheapest option. This product needs to be either bolted down or used with the adhesives that come with the product otherwise it will slide everywhere no matter what you stack on it or behind it. It is lightweight and easy to transport. You can pass pretty hard on this and it will send the puck at with the same force pack. You have to be accurate because if you are just a little bit off the puck will not come back straight. Another thing is that sometimes the puck (I used a green biscuit) will get caught underneath the bungee cord. Overall, I would say this is a really good product for you to practice giving and receiving forehand and backhand passes at home by yourself. I have not used it for one timers so I can't really speak on that.
