My initial thought upon opening the package was that I liked the feel of the material. While it was thin, it didn't feel cheap. The brim is long enough to share my entire face. Overall, the cap was well constructed. I very easily adjusted the cap to the right size, and it fit very securely on my head. It was a sunny and very windy day (25 mph gusts), so a perfect chance to test the limits of my new hat! :) Overall, it performed quite well. My head didn't get too hot (I got the white cap to better reflect to sun). While the wind did "tug" on the cap, it did remain firmly in place throughout my 3 mi run. Overall, I am very pleased with this cap and will purchase another to go with other outfits. Happy running, y'all!

At first i was skeptical about buying a cheap hat. I've been wearing hats every day, (even to bed sometimes) since i was 18, so almost 30 years. I've tried more types and styles of hats than i can remember. For the last 10 years or so i've been wearing the Nike Dry-Fit and love them. So i thought i'd give this a try. For less than half the price of the Nike, it's the same quality of hat. It's just as comfy, it soaks up sweat when wear it working out and dries out just as fast. The plastic in the brim will allow me to wash it, like all the other hats i've worn for the last decade. Quality is 5 star, fit is 5 star, i didn't have to adjust it, but the buckle adjustment on the back would make it easy if needed.And here's the kicker, i buy hats that fit the shape of my head. I totally hate, detest, etc. hats that stick up off my forehead and the top of my head like "trucker" style hats. they're uncomfy and look stupid. This hat fits my head like a tailored glove. I couldn't be happier.

I am so glad I found these hats. I hike a lot, and you tend to get very hot and sweat when hiking up hill and in very hot temperatures. The cotton hats I was wearing are too hot and do not dry fast if they get wet. These hats are super thin material that wicks sweat quickly. Plus, they are way cooler than a cotton hat, so you do not tend to sweat as much. The vented mesh on the sides are great for air flow. I have two of these hats. I keep one hat in my van in case I forget to bring a hat with me. The other hat gets worn daily. I have to give these hats 5 stars because of the way they perform way better than any hat I have ever worn.

Love this hat! I have so many running hats and my favorite is made by Headsweats (my Ironman finishers especially ) but this one is right up there for $15-20 less (when I do bye them). I compare this hat to Headswets because I think they are the best out there. I like the terry cloth of the Headsweats because it can hold a lot of sweat and doesn't drip as much. This hat has a nice absorption band that does a great job as well. I would like a smaller profile in the bill but I have a couple of others like this that I use for really sunny days and offers great sun coverage. I will be getting another soon.

I got the hat in sky blue for my Disney trip and loved it. It felt very light weight and breathable. It kept me cool and my face shaded...I burn easy so this was an important feature. I have a small (adult)head and it did adjust down. It was very comfy even with my hair braided under it. Although I couldn't make the adjustments with the hat on like I can with other hats, it only took a couple of extra seconds to adjust and put it back on. Bonus: with the sky blue in a crowded place, the people I was with could find me by the hat! P.s. I didn't plan to have a matching outfit per the picture lol

A long-billed hat that would work well for dry/hot climates, but not so well for humid places (or heavy sweating).Good fit on my L/XL hat-size head, with room to spare on the strap in back-- a welcome change from many brands whose Unisex hats barely fit a "L".You can have a rather large head and this will fit. The extra strap tucks away pretty well until near the end of the band.The big negative: the solid top panels are plain nylon, not a technical fabric, not perforated. Completely unbreathable, and they'll be coated (inside) in sweat after even brief athletics. There's a reasonably sized sweatband inside the rim of the hat, but it's under solid nylon, so it gets soaked and never dries out. Making it taller and perforating the outside nylon over the band would go a long way towards making it work better.Bottom line: I like the long bill and how it keeps sun off your entire face. But if you live in a humid climate like the east coast, or are a sweaty exerciser, there's other hats that will work better.

As I began contemplating the content of this review, I kept in perspective the intent of the review, what did i like versus what did i not like, on one hand and the offer of an additional free hat by the manufacturer with a favorable review, on the other. I certainly would appreciate another gratis hat but since I lost the instructions, that may become academic. That said, what prompted me to purchase the hat in the first place proved largely to be true. I wanteda light weight hat ((check), a hat that is reasonably attractive and fits my head (check) and one that was affordable (check). I realize this hat might not approach the standards of say, a OR Swift hat but in reality it is almost indistinguishable IMO and of course considerably less expensive. Time is the ultimate crucible in this respect but to date I have to accord this hat top rating.

I have several hats that have a lot of shade and protection--big brims, neck guard, etc. I needed a hat that was small and not bulky for when the other hats are overkill. This hat is great for just those days. It breaths well, is light weight and comfortable. I bought two hats so I would have a spare.Size: I generally wear my hair in a ponytail when I wear a hat. With my hair up I wear a medium hat. I use almost the entire sizing band( not sure what it is called but maybe you get what I mean).The only knock I will give it is that the sizing band does not stay in place.The hat slides around a little on my head because I cannot get the band tight at the right size. I don't mind it but if it were my everyday hat I would not like it sliding around.A side note, the seller sends a free pair of socks with each hat as a thank you. I thought this was a really nice gesture.

I'm 6'3" and have a largish head and these fit nice and snugly. I sweat a lot when running, it pours off me, and these caps do a great job of absorbing the sweat and wicking it to the end of the cap where it drips off away from my face. I was amazed the first time I saw this, thought it had started raining. I don't run with glasses and the cap is an excellent sunshade. The air ventilation works well, my head doesn't overheat even with the black cap. They are very light and dry quickly after a run.My daughter brought me the black cap for Christmas, I loved it so much I've just brought the grey one for hot sunnier days. No regrets and definitely recommend.

Was delivery very promptly and I am very please with it as it does what is advertised . An Excellent product cleverly designed so as to fit all sizes . Suitable for all weathers cold , heat and rain. Provides great protection against the elements. I have already used it for a long distance run in extreme heat and I would be slow to compete or train without it. Important to all folks competing outdoors irrespective of your standard to insure that you don't over heat and or burn so this hat does the job. Its a gimmick free item and very reasonably priced.

I'm not normally a cap wearer but needed something to keep the sun off while running. The cap looks great and is incredibly light weight. It's very breathable with mess vent panels on the sides. The in built sweatband is comfy and does the job well. I like the shape of the peak and the overall look of the cap. It fitted my size 55 head perfectly straight out of the box. The navy blie one has done literally hundreds of miles and is washed every time, the light blue one I just received. As you can see they wear well!

I bought this on good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The cap is surprisingly lightweight. Despite the light weight, the visor portion of the cap is very sturdy, which is equally important as the light weight for me. The visor is also "pre-curved" so I didn't have to curve it myself. The visor is also long, which was also a nice surprise for me since it'll shield more of my face from the sun. Lastly, the mesh fabric of the cap makes the cap breathable. Overall, I am impressed with this cap, and it's very good value for the price I paid.

I was almost put off by the number of "sponsored" 5 star reviews - why do that? Honestly, it's a good running cap and the vendor doesn't need to bribe for good reviews.I'm a long distance runner, in training for an ultra in September, so lots of miles in the Summer months. I had major issues with sweat in my eyes and getting too much sun on my forehead. This cap is great, especially for the price.Pros- Does a really good job of wicking away sweat - see pics- Long peak really keeps the sun off your face- Fits really nicely and is very light and comfortable- An absolutely bargain compared to other brandsCons- Looks pretty goofy (or should that be 'ducky'), as the sides of the hat don't quite follow the contours of my head- The peak is long, which does limit your view ahead a little.
