I've been using this for a week now and love it. It has 3 settings, morning, afternoon and evening, that's it. Very simple to use. Comes with a stand - highly recommended if the grey days get you down!

Excellent. Sits on my mum’s table while she’s watching tv. My mum Is housebound so this is ideal. Just put it on for an hour and it really lifts her mood.

I got this daylight therapy lamp to help with my mood and energy, especially on those grey mornings when everything just feels a bit flat. I didn’t expect a huge difference straight away, but I’ve honestly noticed that using it regularly does help me feel more awake and a bit more motivated to start the day. I usually switch it on while I’m having my coffee or getting ready and the brightness is just right—not harsh at all but definitely enough to feel like proper daylight. It’s been especially helpful on days when I feel a bit low or sluggish. It’s lightweight and easy to move around if I want it in a different room and it doesn’t take up much space either. If you struggle with low energy or mood dips in the winter, I’d definitely recommend trying one. It’s not a miracle fix but it really does help set a better tone for the day.

Bought this to help me adjust to homeworking and the dark days of winter. This is a brilliant white light, extremely bright and easy to operate having a simple on and off switch on the front. Being LED it is very energy efficient. The power chord is a good length. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of a scheduler. To fix this, I use a smart plug and now it turns on when I start work and off at 11:00AM. I don't know if/how much this is helping but want to make sure I have the best working environment possible and have not experienced any negative effects. It's lightweight and could easily be carried around.

This lamp is very portable and so easy to set up. There is only one switch which really makes it easy to customise with a flick of the switch, the light turns on. The brightness and white light is very sufficient and really lights up my room is as though it was daylight. Although the device itself is warm, it does not give off much heat. I purchased a smart plug to use with this device so that I can control it using my Alexa device. I have not tried mounting it to a wall, but the foldout stand on the back Makes it very easy to prop up giving a good scope of light around the room. One thing that would be nice though, is that the device could have a brightness control for mornings which means that the lamp suddenly does not turn on but will gently come on and get brighter like the sunrise. this could be an optional thing thatt you could turn on or off. Apart from that, this is a really wonderful lamp and it has really helped improve my mood this winter so far. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Great quality SAD lamp!

I have been using this now for almost 2 months and I wish I had bought it long ago. Although I have never been diagnosed with SAD, I had an aunt who had it, and she once told me she would be completely lost in the winter without a light like this. In my case, I work from home are frequently do not get much daylight, which had a twofold effect. First I was always up late at night struggling to sleep at a normal hour and secondly I never seemed to wake up properly during the day. After using this light for an hour or more, every morning those sleep hours normalised after a few weeks, then I became so much sharper and awake during the day. This led to a dramatic improvement in my work motivation and general acuity as well. The light is very bright and not particularly comfortable at first, though I grew used to it and now it just goes on with the therapy light at around 6.00am every morning when I wake up and I find an hour or so is enough. I don't need it later in the day. I debated over this purchase several times due to the cost, but it really was helpful in my case.

It really does work. I really recommend it especially for these winter months. Feel very alive. Full of energy. Sounds silly. I know from a little bit of light but it’s amazing. Try it you won’t regret it.

Lampe me paraît très bien mais bien dommage que la prise soit une prise anglaise et pas française dommage que ça ne soit pas écrit dans le descriptif de l'appareil. Heureusement que chez moi j'ai d'autres appareils qui ont le même embout mais vraiment c'est pas bien que ça soit pas notifié ou au moins vendu avec la presse française quand on l'achète en France. Rien à dire pour la lampe ça m'a l'air très bien.

Le produit que j’ai reçu est équipé d’une prise de type britannique, ce qui n’était pas indiqué dans la description. Cela crée un problème d’utilisation immédiate, car l’adaptateur nécessaire n’est pas fourni. Il serait important de préciser clairement ce détail dans la fiche du produit afin que les acheteurs sachent exactement à quoi s’attendre avant de commander. Du coup je vais devoir acheter un adapteur qui n’était pas prévu au budget de l’achat de cette lampe !

ATTENTION: prise d’alimentation anglaise !!!!! Non spécifié sur la description et comme l’adaptateur sur Amazon coûte 112€, je dirais ATTENTION ARNAQUE!!!!

Suite à l achat de la lampe de luminothérapie pour un cadeau de Noël grande déception prise Anglaise besoin d acheter un adaptateur compatible Europe même pas stipulé lors de mon achat !!!

L'appareil est inutilisable car livré avec prise adapté au Royaume-Uni. Donc inutilisable en France et dans l'EU.
