Fazen Eco-Friendly Acupressure Mat and Pillow with Free Massage Ball-Natural Wellbeing Therapy for Stress and Better Sleep - Made for Back Pain Relief,Neck, Shoulder and Foot

Bought this one which is made with natural materials as good as another famous branded one advised by a friend. After researches this mat was not only as good as the others(materials wise) but also including a pillow and a knots reliefe ball(which are usually bought on the side) and at the cost of 1/3 in comparison to the famous one advised to buy. Suffering myself with different types of pain(lower back, periscapular areas, neck for a thoracic outlet, tight hamstrings) with regular use can definitely state there is an improvement with soft tissues relaxation and pain. It feels like after a massage in terms of muscle reaction. Ergonomic as well so can easily be used on the floor as much as on couches, chairs and bed. Great for feet too emulating reflexology pressure points therapies .Strongly advise this rather than the super expensive ones and the much cheaper ones too as quality drops dramatically. Also had an issue with product which has immediately been sorted by the seller who also checked on me days after the issue has been sorted. 10 out of 10 in my point of view.

I love everything about this mat I always get so excited to use it. The quality is fantastic it’s such a lovely product. I find it really great for relaxing and meditation. It’s such great value for money for a product that is also eco conscious. Thank you for creating such a fantastic product.

With acupuncture being such an ancient art I am concerned people would look to this product as a quick fix to back pain… It is well made especially compared with other similar products and in use it has relaxed my back and I have even found myself asleep on it a few times. On one occasion, though, I fell asleep and then strained my back getting up and had a terrible night sleep so my only advice is be cautious as it could relax you too much and as you are using it solo and not alongside a professional…

I love this mat! My flatmates and I use it every night! It feels detoxifying!I tried it out topless the first time and it was worth it although a little painful so if your skin is softer maybe try it with a t-shirt first. Dope design. And the only one I saw here with handles! The ball is a nice touch!

This is so great! I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and my lower back pain is much better. I use it once a day for 20 minutes and once you get used to it, it feels fantastic. Highly recommend

I love this mat with the massage ball it was the first time i use a mat and recommend starting with a thin tshirt after 4 weeks was able to do it without tshirt.I use it on my chair at work and have another set on sofa at home, I’ve had significant relief from everyday aches and tensionsThanks

I bought this because it is supposed to be eco friendly and come with a booklet. No booklet, or even link to an ebook was in the package, and the grain pillow is an ordinary foam pillow with a few grains scattered inside. Very disappointed.

The first time I used it, it was a struggle but I got to that 15min mark and went into this euphoric feeling. It's hard to describe. I use it as needed and I love it. Definitely nice that the pillow fits in the mat and closes shut for easy storage and mobility.

Facile à transporter et efficace

Works decent hurts at first then u get used to the pain I do it without a shirt for maybe 10 to 15 mins max. Get a warm sensation helps pain a bit but not 100%

I tried this for the first time today. I laid it out on my bed. I couldn’t feel the spikes through my clothing (maybe it needs to be on a firm surface for this?). I took off my t-shirt and put a hoodie on my front (it’s cold!) and was on for 10 minutes while I completed a breathing meditation. I’ve been very tight and sore in my lower back sand that did relax. My skin was red and hot, which is a nice extra because it’s cold.I’ll update as I use this more.
