I used this pan to make muffin tops and it worked out perfectly. I will try drop cookies next, I want a uniform size cookie that the edges don't spread out and end up breaking. The pan will be used for Yorkshire puddings too.

Great quality but a bit too shallow for Yorkshire puddings. Perfect for things like Mince Pies though!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Was not impressed with the shallow pan at all. I felt like it cooked way too fast and my Yorkshire puddings went everywhere. I’m sure it was something I did wrong but probably will not use this pan again and will continue to use my muffin or popover pans.

The end result is an excellent Yorkshire pud. But, the pan being shallow is difficult to pick up, and this leads to spills.

This arrived on time and exactly as described. I wasn't sure that it was really going to do the job as I had never made yorkshire pudding before and wasn't familiar with the process. But this pan delivers. I also found that it is perfect for making Mary Berry's goat cheese and onion tarts.
