The buds stay firmly put in my ears while running, which was my number one concern when purchasing.CON: I don't understand why people don't make all of the jacks shaped and sized per manufacturer specs. This one is an elbow shape, so it does not work with cases that require the iPhone straight plug. I do like the way they stay in your ear but the only way for the sound to sound remotely decent is for the ball to really be shoved in the ear canal so we don't love that. It did help when we changed to the smallest covers provided. Before trying that we were ready to return them because sound quality was so poor. After expressing the issues to the vender, they were understanding and diligent in working with me to ensure my complete happiness.
