Difference between first bora bora and this 2nd version?

The Bora Bora 2 has vents on the sides and back, whereas the Bora Bora 1 has a vent going all the way around. The rim/bill is a little stiffer on the Bora Bora 2. Both are great sun hats. I like the 2 a little better.
