Perfect replacement
I had hoped to be able to use the older remote along with the new one so my husband and I both could have easy access to a remote but the TV would keep stopping the streaming channel so had to just use the new one. It is perfect!

Biggest POS I have ever purchased
Cheap China knock off. Works on USB RF and is not an IR remote like factory. If you like runaway volume and runaway channels, this is for you.

Excellent remote for Samsung 7000
I bought a brand new 2020 Samsung 70 inch Smart TV. Much to my surprise it did not come with a slim smart remote. After talking to Samsung support people on 2 occasions I was told that this tv did not support a smart remote. I was not happy. But I searched Amazon and I found this remote. It works wonderfully with my Samsung tv. Easy to setup and easy to use.

It does exactly what it is supposed too. Be sure you know what your previous buttons were for because these are very hard to read.

Only the on and off worked. The volume or the channel change didn’t work. I was very disappointed

Problema en Comunicaciones
Al momento de instalarlo, aparentemente el TV guarda o mantiene la Configuracion del USB anterior. Es posible que la señal sea inconsistente. Luego de multiples intentos, lo reubique enel siguiente piuerto de USB y respondio mejor. Cuando vallas a utilizarlo oprime el boton de Mouse para iniciar comunicaciones.

it works! sometimes
Not an exact replacement but works great. I was hesitant after reading some reviews but I replaced my BN59-01220A remote with this to use with a Samsung UN60JS8000F TV. I Had to try a few of the USB inputs for the receiver before it connected. Works fine-controls the apps well, a little bit of a lag at times but overall im happyupdate-it randomly disconnects and is a pain in the a to reconnect-going to buy a new TV. forget this remote
