This tea is the BEST tea ever!... I usually don't write reviews often... but you can tell they put a lot of care and love into their tea bags...and the taste of the ginger and turmeric is organically just right.. it's a nice organic spicy but mild blend of turmeric & ginger.And it works to my satisfaction. I've found that a good-quality caffeinated tea gives me the lift of coffee without the jitters or stomach issues. This is the best--it is wonderfully smooth and fresh-tasting with no bitter aftertaste. It has a delicate aroma and flavor. I make it one cup/one teabag at a time, just using the microwave to boil the water, then add a packet of Stevia for a touch of sweetness. After I tasted how good this tea is, I read a little information booklet; the price includes profits shared with the Indian farmers for the education of thir children. They're ecologically proactive--including being plastic and carbon neutral--real passions of mine. When you can find a product that gives you what you want for your money and also contributes to a more responsible, livable future, then buy it. If it costs a few pennies more per teabag than the standard big commercial brands, it's well worth it.

I didn’t realize that this has Caffeine in it or how much. I didn’t see it on the ingredient list and I fell in love with this tea and I kept ordering it. One night on my last break at work I noticed the front of the package said “High Caffeine” I thought I must have ordered the wrong one because all of my other orders never said that on the packaging So I ordered another box real quick and made sure it didn’t say “ high caffeine” well when that one came it also says that on the box and each packet. I will still drink them but I guess This explains why I couldn’t fall asleep a couple of nights so I quit drinking them when I come home from work to de stress. I assume that they just started added the statement to the packaging so people will be aware, maybe they have had complaints that it didn’t state there was caffeine in them. I have to wonder how much caffeine is “High” but all in all this tea is very very good. I think I don’t even realize how good it is until I’m almost finished with the cup. It leaves behind a feeling of niceness that’s hard to explain and the wonderful flavor lingers for awhile. I love this tea

I enjoy the flavor of this tea. It is non-caffeinated which makes it perfect for long winter evenings. I enjoy it black, with honey, or with cream/milk. Not sure of the claims about turmeric being anti-inflammatory.

I was looking for a great organic ginger turmeric tea and had heard that Vahdam was a quality tea. I made the decision to purchase the tea based on the numerous positive reivews. After sampling the ginger tumeric 4-times now I feel I can leave an honest review. This tea was just okay. I followed the directions and used boiling water and allowed the tea to steep for 5-minutes.: not a great deal of flavor. Not the amount of flavor I expected from this brand. I have had success with the ginger tea from Vahdam in the past but this variety with the turmeric was very weak. I will continue to look for a brand that offers a full complex ginger turmeric flavor.
