The media could not be loaded. - At first impression, the product looked sturdy. Its dimensions were as indicated in the product details and it was delivered in good condition- 1st image is from Day 1- I seasoned the block as per the instructions for three days with suitable oil.- I then used it only for food assembly and display (not for cutting). Notice that there are no cut/scratch marks anywhere on the board even after 15 days.- Unfortunately, the block has developed cracks along the two shorter edges right through the thickness of the board, as you can see in the 2nd image and the attached video.- I'm sure the cracks will only deepen over time.- Avoid purchasing this butcher block if you want a durable and lasting product.
