The clutch lever didn't. **Q: Will they fit a 2018 KTM exc f 450?** A: Not sure if the perch has changed on the new KTM’s. They did fit on my 2017 and 2018 Husqvarna fe450’s **Q: Will they fit 2022 ktm 125sx?** A: If it has a hydraulic clutch and brakes then it should. I believe all KTM use the same bracket and it fit my 2015 KTM 450 sxf **Q: Will the fit a 2017 ktm sxf hydraulic clutch?** A: They will fit. Mine lasted about two months. They have plastic for the return mechanism not a spring. The brake started to fall apart. The clutch lasted a little longer.
