This is your industrial size roll of freezer paper. It is a great width and can be as long as you need. We have used this for steaks and have loved how well it works to keep the meat frozen but fresh from freezer burn. Just add a good tape and you will be good to go. Priced well for the amount you get.

It's true what others say regarding paper being very thin.
I received this item a couple of days ago and haven't used it yet, but I did open and look at it. It's true what many comments say as far as the paper being very thin, but it still may work for me. I'm mainly using it to season my meat before cooking, and hopefully all the juices won't seep through the paper. Once I actually use it I'll write a f/u review.

We use this to make chocolate bark. It’s thick, durable, and doesn’t stick to the chocolate. Perfect size for our table, and is easy to slide onto a tray and transport to the packaging room.

Perfect for Acrylic Pouring
Because this paper has a plastic coating on one side, it allows me to scrape the tilted-off paint easily. If there is a lot of paint, I can scrape and save it in a wide-mouth plastic squeeze bottle. If there is not much, I can wipe it off easily. In either case, I can re-use the same sheet of plasticized paper for the next pouring. I have put cut-to-order thin pieces of HDPE "boards" on my spinners, so I also cover them with this coated paper, keeping my spinner boards clean! I hope this product stays available as long as I am "painting"! I've not found anything like it on Amazon! Update: was distressed when this product was out of stock. Called the company and Igor put a few rolls back in stock on Amazon, and I actually received it 2 days later! What fabulous customer service!!!! Thank you, Igor!
