I like this hanging scale. I use it to see how much heavy items weigh, whether slinging from a crane or a loader. The top clevis looks rather light duty, but so far it is holding up very well. The user interface is fairly intuitive although right at first it takes a little to learn the operating procedures. I feel it is accurate as well and is repeatable. Overall, for the price it is a really nice digital scales that can weigh up to one metric ton.

I needed to weigh an engine for my buddy's boat, so I purchased this to use with my engine hoist. I had to change out the hook, which was pretty simple, but otherwise it worked perfectly right out of the box. The engine and pallet weighed just under 1,100lbs, and when I removed the 50lb pallet, it weighed 1,042lbs, so I'm sure that it's at least close to accurate.

Stopped working, tried to email company no luck

Bought it to weigh tongue of box trailer to not exceed tongue weight. Connected to a motor puller/cherry picker to lift tongue scale. Bottom line it works and was accurate. Used 200# of known weight to check scale accuracy. Simple to use.
