Can you paint onto vinyl?

It can also be applied over and existing coat of paint or varnish. Lightly abrade the surfaces and clean thoroughly prior to application. This has a ISO1998 Class 1 Wet Scrubbable rating so it is perfect for kitchen use. 2 coats are required with a 14m2/ltr per coat coverage rate.

Is rustoleum Portland stone paint grey or beige, it's under the beige category but looks grey on the lud. Feeling upset!

Only had Dove paint, not Portland stone. Dove is beige
