The faux fur is perfect for mask making. We are able to paint it then brush it out. The fur does not shed everywhere.

Used it in my Halloween costume to make dog ears, stays together with sewing or hot glue! I did have to trim it and if did someone get fur everywhere but it was alright to clean up with a lint roller. Its pretty soft and doesnt come out easy when you yank on it. Would buy again :)

They're good for simple costumes or cheaper options. But the quality does show. Brushing the fur returns a lot of shedding. But it is VERY soft and manageable

I was a little concerned with all the reviews saying the trim is awful. It’s not often I get to say this, but ignore them! It’s perfect. Any faux fur needs a little brushing. It comes in a messy pile and is in 4 pieces as noted. A dog brush works perfect. I put some comparison pictures. The brushed piece took me seconds. It’ll take 5 minutes at most to brush the pieces out. Can’t wait to finish my cosplay! If you need faux fur trim, look no further!

I had low expectations of this product given the reviews. I can also confirm that it's not neatly rolled up like in the pictures but sealed up haphazardly in a bag and the fur is matted and wrinkled. But It takes a few minutes to fluff up the fur with a heat gun at high temp and high fan setting. It really poofs out fast and than lightly brushing it with a soft bristle brush to make the fur go in a uniform direction. the amount of fur that came off was minimal, which is what I was really worried about. I'm mainly using this for sculptures that won't be handed often. We'll see how this product lasts.

Trash. I bought these for our students to use for a craft and they were garbage. Very thin and cheap looking. Such a disappointment for the kiddos who are really into design.
