It seemed to be a minor flaw that might have arisen from a previous return. Despite this hiccup, the kit's functionality and design outweighed the glitch, providing a comprehensive solution to my dog waste management needs. I bought theses to use to scoop up dog poop on my artificial turf. The rake is a little flimsy and the spacing between the teeth are to big to scoop up debris and hold in it. The small flat shovel works great and making scooping up easy. They were easy to install, light weight. I choose the tallest size available.
