Absolutely the best product I’ve purchased on Amazon in a long time. Outstanding quality and it comes with a domestic made in USA CM (Columbus McKinnon) shackle!! Shackle size is 7/16. It’s not huge but if you are knowledgeable about how to properly use it, you will be extremely happy with this.

Looks good installed except for the orange color. I plasticdip it to gray. Looks 10 times better. I think paint it any color to March vehicle

This 1-1/4” shackle hitch is built like a tank, out of solid steel. Those saying “It’s too small!” are expecting the same straps they use for their F-250’s to fit this smaller size shackle. If they simply used an additional Soft Shackle to link the two, everything would work perfectly, easily & safely. The other solution is to use this;Sumpluct Recovery Tow Strap 2in X 20ft Heavy Duty 20,000 lbs Break Strength, Use for Emergency Towing Rope, Tree Saver, Winch Extension, Triple Reinforced Loops, Protective SleevesSome complain “The Clevis pin fell out!” Every (older) experienced user know to put one drop of blue Locktite on the male AND female threads, and snug it down tightly BEFORE heading out before heading out (I even run a small zip-tie through the pin & shackle, because loosing your shackle STINKS!).I use mine on the hitch of my Ural motorcycle for recovery(s) (or an anchor point if I’m using the front mounted winch) and even towing airplanes in a pinch (my shackle is mounted vertically to accommodate tow bars).I used black RTV silicone to seal up the unused holes, just to keep bentos & water out, and slipped some o-rings over the hitch pin to make sure it doesn’t get frozen in during the New England winter.For any 1-1/4” shackle hitch, this is as good as it gets.

Rigid makes quality products. This Tow Strap Shackle Mount was exactly what I needed for my 2016 Polaris RZR 900 EPS Trail. Will be perfect for towing my game carts and ice fishing sleds. I've attached a couple of pics to show you what the tool looks like. Note that it is a very small attachment. Almost looks tiny but for pulling my carts, this is perfect. Also the hitch can be rotated so that your shackle can be vertical or horizontal. This is a plus. The receiver is solid so you know that it is strong.

The media could not be loaded.  If your looking for just the hitch connector piece. Your in luck, besides the fact that the tow hook it’s self is incredibly small, pretty much useless. It’s one hell of a buy I ended up ordering a separate tow hook that was bigger ending up having to drill out the hole where the original tow hook is suppose to go bigger it’s not a bad buy I’d rate it five stars for how sturdy it is & the fact that it’s made out of some what it looks like decent materials

Snagged this to tie down the RZR in my toy hauler as the straps were gouging the paint on the control arms and it puts the straps in a better location for the tie downs in the trailer. Went camping the weekend after I got it and ended up needing to pull out 3 other UTV on the trails due to rain/mud. This thing with a plasma rope and the soft shackles made me look like a pro. I am pretty sure I sold at least 4-5 things from that one trip. I need a verbal referral code for amazon haha! Looks sharp, well built, durable, and gets the job done. I do worry about the d-ring pin rattling out so I need a way to secure that or replace with a soft shackle, but otherwise good.

As advertised, it’s on my side x side, haven’t had to use it yet but confident it will do the job when it’s needed.
