The media could not be loaded.  I wish I could give more stars just simply for the AMAZING customer service! The Faucet is beautiful! It came well packaged and looked perfect even before we installed it. My cousin is a plumber and he installed the faucet for me and it looked even better once installed. It is very sturdy and smooth. It was a very easy install onto the deck of the jetted tub but when we tested the hot and cold no water was coming out of the spout from the hot faucet. The cold worked and the cold water pressure rate was excellent. After a bit of troubleshooting he discovered the valve was not opening to allow water through from the valve body. I emailed Artiqua (late Friday night) and their customer service immediately responded requesting if they could call me Saturday. I missed the call on Saturday and forgot to call them back. Well they called me back again on Monday. They made multiple efforts to contact me to help! I rarely see a company go through multiple attempts to reach out to assist. They requested pictures of the part that was not working as soon as I sent off the pictures and received a response that they were putting a replacement part for the valve body in the mail. I am so very happy with this company AND with the faucet!

Was a 5 star review because we loved the faucet. Had issues 4 months after purchase, but the customer service was so great they sent me out a new product immediately. Many companies would decline to assist after the return date was passed but they were very helpful! I’d buy from this company.

We did a master bath remodel finally purchased this faucet. It is very well made and heavy. This set looked beautiful online, with the super clean lines and the awesome waterfall faucet head. Water flow is excellent and has a high gpm. Even the water flow on the hand sprayer is great. The packaging is excellent. This seller actually provided a helpful phone number on the installation manual to call which was actually answered by a very helpful person! So far we are very happy with the product. All the needed parts were there and the instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend the product and the seller.

The hand held shower is powerful. Great quality.

Replaced my jacuzzi tub and ordered this to be the new faucet. After it was installed it worked for two day and then began to leak from the hand held sprayer. A couple days later the handheld would come on, on its own, when filling up the tub. I had to quickly get another faucet (different brand) and have my plummer come back to replace it. The company did reimburse the cost of the faucet, but I paid an addition $1100 for the plummer to take everything apart and replace the defective one! Don't risk it! That's out of pocket for trying the product...labor not covered!
