This was a gift for my 5 year old nephew. While he can’t stand in our pool he sits on a floatie and plays. Assembly was super simple, took about 15 minutes with 2 people. Easy to put together and take down (partially). We are in Chicago, too windy to leave floating in the pool plus our solar cover. Ball is super light, kids could hit it and didn’t hurt them. Also used the net with inflatiable balls to give a different element. Net is large, we have a 12x24 pool so had to turn it slightly on an angle to fit. Provided lots of hours of fun. The tied weights are a smart idea so it doesn’t float away during the game. Only possible improvement would be interlocking pieces (think like a Walker where you can adjust the heights). Sometimes with the movement and waves the pieces become unconnected. All in all easy to put together, light, doesn’t take up too much room, fun for all ages. Highly recommend.

Bought this after playing crossnet with friends on vacation. Fit our above ground pool perfectly. Water can get into the tubing so ensure you drain when taking it in and out of the pool

Works as intended when winds are calm. Slight breeze blows the net across the pool, dragging the weights as it goes. Poles will come apart in the netting with the action of the waves so it needs to be re-assembled frequently.

Bought this after seeing some people playing it over the weekend at the lake.Here are my thoughts after buying it.1. Box comes packaged really well and is also easy to put back in when done.2. I was worried about the durability but after setting it completely up and using it, it’s very durable even with someone spiking the ball over it and hitting it.3. It dries quickly which helps when we are ready to go.4. People will constantly ask what it is and where to buy it. Probably the most annoying part of owning this (sarcasm to the highest degree!Overall, it’s a cool addition to the pool and even at the lake near the shore. I’m looking forward to using it more over the summer!

We absolutely love play this. The issues we've run into are 1) the ball had a leak from first inflation and we cannot get it replaced (SOLD OUT on CrossNet's website). 2) we placed 1/4 filled sandbags on pool deck to keep boundary lines in place and the center net is hooked to pool volleyball poles (from a different game) to keep the net from floating around. 3) The plastic tubing that holds it all together pops apart often during play but we're going to glue or duct tape them together. perhaps future versions could hold together better. No regrets. The fun is worth the fixes. I only hope the off brand replacement balls are the same as the ball received with the game.
