On a new baking adventure this is a great secret ingredient

I’ve been experimenting with this lovely lemon powder in both sweet and savory dishes, soups and sauces, teas and cocktails. I like that it’s more mild than the culinary essential oil; it’s easier to fineness the intensity, though I use both and have combined the two.

This stuff doesn't look, smelly or taste like lemon zest! We put some in water. Never disintegrated, just sat at the bottom of the cup. First sip stuck in my throat! YUCK!

The Lemon powder provides little flavor so when you add it to a recipe you don’t even know that it’s there.

Love this. I mix it with salt. It brightens the flavor of your food similar to salt with less sodium. I also use it it other cooking and baking applications. Its become my new favorite thing.

I used this lemon zest in a white chocolate and coconut cookie (no bake) that required lemon juice and zest. It worked wonderfully but I may be more conservative in my measurement of the zest next time. Tasted great but the dry measure of zest is to be considered versus fresh. So happy to have found this product. Works well with steak seasoning for beef and pork also.
