None of our coffee is a blend. Hope this helps! **Q: Is this actually organic? i don't see a guatemala organic option on the comfort website (or stamp in pic), only peru and mexico. please confirm!** A: Only our Mexico and Peru are USDA Organic. **Q: For espresso machine or Boiling water ???** A: I used it with my Expresso Machine. But then also took this Coffe using a conventional Italian coffee maker of the kind we everybody has. In this last case you'll get an even more concentrated, thicker coffee. It works out fine in both cases, can assure you. You'll have a very nice result when using this product. All the Costa Rica coffees are Arabica quality, what means the highest quality one can get in coffee. Try and you'll see. Would say only Colombian ones can compete with this brand.
