Could have been a very good book if only there wasn't so many grammar mistakes.... All those misspelled words have put me off.

Well written,like this book.
I don't usually like self-help books, but this book pleasantly surprised me. Practical, short read with different strategies and approaches for people to begin better understanding their emotions. Kudos to the author.

A must-read about how to control your emotions. The book explains the nature of emotions very simply and clearly. Very helpful book. I would recommend to anyone stuck in their emotions to read this book.

I like this book.
I have learned new strategies for coping with emotions, and I have seen a definite decrease in anger periods and fits of 'uncontrollable' rage. You have to practice what you read, even when you don't want to. This is worth the money. Hopefully, this can help you as it helped me.
