Good batteries, Wrong packaging
These are good, new Energizer silver oxide batteries. I have ordered these before and will order them again when needed. My issue was with the packaging of this order. For prior orders, the batteries were shipped in a small envelope and delivered in 2-3 days. For this order, the batteries were packaged in a cardboard box with lithium battery transportation restrictions and labeling. It took 10 days to deliver this order. Because of the unexplained delay, I thought the package was lost. Mislabeling these batteries as lithium, slowed the delivery unnecessarily.

Long lasting batteries for the price.
Long lasting watch batteries, and since I had to use only one after 9 months. I would say that I still have plenty left. Their customer service reached out to me just to make sure that I was happy with their batteries so 5 stars to them.

Suppliers vary - and batteries may vary with them
When I ordered these batteries, the supplier shown was "MLC Distribution, Inc". Now MLC is listed as one of the suppliers in the "More Buying Choices" section. This is important because the factor most likely to affect the quality of this sort of battery is the length of time since manufacturing. So my experience with MLC may not be representative of a different supplier who may or may not be selling equally fresh stock. The batteries I received indicated "377/376" as their type, and I recall seeing that in the picture at the time I placed my order. The current listing - with a different supplier and a different price - appears to have a different picture showing only the number "377" on the packaging. My comments about the product are based on my experience with the batteries I received, and may or may not be applicable to what is currently being shipped. My order was delivered promptly via US mail. The batteries I received were exactly what I expected - the right brand, the right size and type, and a match to the picture in the listing from when I ordered them. They had a date code of "JC" which is Energizer's code for October, 2010. Energizer's technical literature indicates a predicted shelf life of 7 years for their silver oxide button cells, assuming a storage temperature below 70 degrees. (Colder is better, down to well below zero degrees Fahrenheit.) This means these batteries, while not exactly factory fresh, still have plenty of shelf life remaining.I've only used one of the ten so far. I measured its no-load voltage at 1.566 volts, which is reasonable for the silver oxide chemistry. I didn't do any load testing, other than installing it in a watch and verifying that the watch seemed to run OK.Overall, the ten batteries cost me about what I would have paid for one battery at a local store. I'd say this was an excellent deal. To reduce risk if you order these, check with the currently indicated supplier to find the date code for the batteries they are currently selling. Then call Energizer Customer Service at 800-383-7323 to find out the actual date of manufacture for that code. (Why don't they just put the date on the package?) Don't order unless the batteries are fresh enough for your needs. If you are concerned about prolonging shelf life, you can store this type of battery in your refrigerator or freezer. Energizer's data indicates that this can extend shelf life to 10 years or beyond. You should allow chilled batteries to warm up to room temperature before using them.

Battery limits
I have bought battery brands from various sources and multiple quantities. They can all be unreliable. Some seem to last indefinitely and others leak in the device after a few months. Environment is a huge factor when it comes to the life of batteries. Keeping that in mind with lessen the impact when your flashlight doesn't work.
