I’ve been taking the Bronson Vitamin K Triple Play for about three months and overall I’m very pleased. The fact that it includes Vitamin K1 plus two forms of K2 (MK4 & MK7) gives me confidence that it’s a more complete supplement. If you're taking Vitamin D (you should be) you ALSO need Vitamin K. They work together to maintain calcium and hormonal levels. Too much Vit D without Vit K supplements can lead to arterial calcium deposits. You do NOT want that. High dose Vit D can be OK as needed as long as Vit K is part of it. That being said this is a good supplement. Been using it for years, no issues. Having all three types is perhaps beneficial, not everybody absorbs it the same way. All bases covered.
