BLOOMSMALL Collection of variations of balloons (colorful polka)

I have ordered these whistle balloons by looking the description as polka dots design, but what I have received is with plain paper. Very poor quality. As it's urgent requirement for me I couldn't return the item also.

Used as lung capacity enhancer but the suction of air is too poor

I have ordered these whistle balloons by looking the description as polka dots design, but what I have received is with plain paper. Very poor quality. I have ordered two packs each of 101 pieces, but in each pack there are 98 only. As it's urgent requirement for me I couldn't return the item also, there is no enough time to return and order again. Very much disappointed by looking the whistles. Totally misleading description of the item. They don't blow much also. The name itself is misleading. They mentioned it as Bloomsmall colorful polka dot noise makers whistle balloons, but there are no polka dots on a single piece.

Pics and product are totally different. Pls be carefull while order.
