Thick, nice strong pistachio taste, I like that it is still a bit sweet?! Pretty big jar! Used it to make Dubai chocolate chewy mochi and still using it! Good value for money.

At first, I tried it and didn't care for the earthy taste, so I added the whole bottle in a bowl with the Turkish Pistachio cream which has a vanilla chocolate taste and also added the Kataifi to it, and it came out wonderful. My family really likes the chocolate bars with the filling.

I don’t understand these awful reviews. This product is delicous!! Nutty, not too sweet, just right and the consistency is perfect. Not runny. This is a very good quality product. Do yourself a favor and just try it and stop letting negative reviews ruiin things. We love it!! 5 stars all day!!

I tried a couple different brands before buying this one. Most of the pistachio creams come in a small jar so this one’s larger size and being slightly less expensive per ounce was definitely worth giving it a try. The cream is nice and thick as to be expected and has a nice sweetness to it. It’s darker more muted green color indicates to me that no artificial color was added to make it look more appealing which is a plus. The one thing that made me give it a 3 star rating is a big one. It has an aftertaste. I’m not quite sure how to describe it but it was almost like a chemical type aftertaste. The other creams I tried did not have this and it really threw me off. I saw a lot of reviews say the flavor was the best they have tried so maybe it’s just me but unfortunately because of this I won’t be buying again.

Oh this pistachio cream is Devine..think Nutella. I bought for my Dubai Chocolate Bar project. Really yummy will definitely buy this again bought 2. Part of my pantry!
