I live on a river, and am constantly needing to attach things to other things. (Float tubes to each other, cooler to float, fishing rod to kayak, etc.) With these clips and some good line, I have a wealth of quick-attach options. They're cheap, they're good-looking, and they work well for their intended purpose. NOT LIFESAVERS! These babies are fine for general lashing to keep things from drifting away, but don't bet your life on them.

For no climing caribeaners they are well made

No issues after a while years

They seem to work fine and have a decent spring on them that closes. I'm just using them for light duty stuff, like clipping them to my climbing harness and rope and then pulling up an 11-12 lb. hang-on tree stand about 20 ft up.

I bought a set of Heavy Duty Carabiner Clips mainly to keep my keys organized, and they’ve been great for that! The clips are sturdy enough to hold my keychain securely, and the locking mechanism gives me peace of mind that nothing will fall off. They’re easy to attach to my bag, belt loop, or even inside my purse, which makes carrying keys a lot more convenient. However, I wouldn’t use them for anything too heavy. While they’re durable for everyday use, I noticed they’re not quite as robust for carrying things like water bottles or larger gear, as they could bend under pressure. For keys and lightweight items, though, they’re perfect! Affordable, practical, and easy to use—just be mindful of the load you're putting on them.

Used them while backpacking and they have held good and can hold some good weight

In the winter, putting our *strong* Labrador retriever on her chain has been a hassle due to smaller clips freezing and being difficult to handle in freezing, snowy weather. I bought these as a "go-between," leaving it on the end of the chain and hooking it up to the dog's collar when putting her outside. The last couple of clips barely lasted a winter and they were falling apart. I was a little leary of the design at first. (Would that wire-looking thing hold up?) I needn't have worried. The first clip is still in service and I honestly cannot tell by how it feels, looks, or performs. The closure remains secure, the spring performs as it did the first day I hooked it up, and the finish, after months in the outdoors, looks remarkably good. I bought a pack of four (4) of these. My only problem now is trying to figure out how I'm going to use the other three; this one might outlive me. If it does, I will consider the purchase price a bargain for just one clip if I never have to replace it. (Of course, that may be wishful thinking, but we're off to a good start.) Edit: It's now April 24, 2021. We have gone through *another* Chicago winter and the first clip is working like new. Our pooch has worn off just a little of the dye where the clip rubs against the chain and the loop on her collar, but I had to look for it to notice it. Mostly still a nice, eady-to-spot-in-the-snow orange. Even happier with the purchase than before. There's a sad refrain we've all sung that "they don't make things like they used to." I don't know how they used to make these clips, but I can't imagine them being much better than these.

These are good quality and feel sturdy, and although not rated for climbing they are rated to hold a fat bloke on a hammock so should be good for general purpose use. They are very light, but strong and certainly good enough for attaching even quite heavy items to a rucksack or belt.
