That was in the beginning. Then one day she got it in her head that because she knew where that cupboard was she could just help herself. She got caught in the act and I moved it to the tiny cupboard up over the stove's fan hood. I thought there was no way she could get up there. I was wrong. She waited till we were all gone, and to this day I have no idea how she managed it, but I hadn't cleaned the top of the fan hood in a hot minute and the evidence of her repeated struggle to balance on the slanted surface, open the cupboard door, and knock the whole box of gravy packets onto the floor was evident. Also there was the fact that the box smashed open (the boxes are a bit flimsy and sometimes get damaged in shipping - just FYI) and there were gravy packets all over the floor. Every single one had little rips and tears and claw marks and teeth marks and there was gravy everywhere. They got banned from gravy for a very long time after that. But I'm soft. This line is good as there aren't any meat bits. She will leave any solid meat pieces in the dish. She's just finicky that way. These are a puree type, not exactly gravy unless you put a few drops of water to thin it like gravy. But she licks the bowl clean on these. And when I give her these I hide her crushed up prescription pill and other supplements in them and she's none the wiser. It doesn't seem like they give you all that much, but it seems to be just the right amount for her. She may not eat anything more than that as I think it's fairly rich tasting. So these work out well and better than many other wet food packets that are supposedly for gravy lovers but have the solid pieces of meat in them. It takes a little while to scoop all of it out in these envelopes but that's no big deal.
