I decided to try this device based on the reviews and the price. I am not disappointed! I love the gentle diamond tip as well as the included suction tips. You must understand releasing the sebum or trapped dirt and oil from your pores takes time. By the second use I cleaned the tip and found a lot of dirt and oil. With continued use I noticed cleaner pores, smoother skin and I’m hoping for less breakouts!

I used this for the first time and I don't feel it removed my black heads too well but what it did do is remove all the excess grease and opened up my pores so it helped me truly clean my face when I did my night time skin care. I think this is a great took to clean up spots on your face that have black heads because it removes so much excess oil that looks so gross coming out but your skin feels so clean. I love that its chargeable and portable and it has different suction cup sizes.

This item is everything they say it is! Update: I'm so disappointed. I love this product but the charging issue is real. I don't understand why the replacement worked once but will not turn on again! It has a full charge, green light, but nothing happens when I push the power button. I really wanted this to be a regular part of my routine since I can tell how beneficial it is for my skin. The power issues are a deal breaker. I'm returning it (again) and will look for a similar product.Before: So far I've only used the lowest power with the diamond head and extractor head, but the results are obvious. My trouble spots are the sides of my nostrils and my chin from lower lip corners to jawline having large pores, whiteheads and orange peel skin. I've had facials of different sorts so I know what to expect from exfoliation and extraction. This item delivers. I used it in front of a high magnification mirror and was able to see the whiteheads being pulled out. I'm going slow with the power so as not to irritate my skin until I'm used to it, but I can't wait to see how I look over time. I'm really happy with this item. I did one thing wrong, I failed to read the instructions before using. I should have charged it for 24 hours before using but didn't which led me to think it was defective and I asked for a replacement. My bad, sorry. With the replacement I read the instructions and could not be happier with this product! It's easy to use, has great power, lightweight and easy to hold. I'm hoping my 5 star review makes up for the trouble of returning the original, that was totally my fault. I highly recommend this item!

I just love this product 🥰! Everything about this product is great the cost,the speedy delivery, and the fact that it actually works!I bought this product for 1 main reason which was to help fix my face....I recently have been having problems with my face breaking out with 1 or 2 deep pimples which would look huge horrible and would make me feel so insacure to the point I didn't even want to go anywhere or even outside. My issues really started causing problems in my relationship and within myself. Thanks to MIO I can go places and go outside. Best of all my relationship 👍 my self esteem 😁👍. I highly recommend this product to anyone! Hope my review helps anyone thinking about purchasing... Don't think just get it you will be glad you did!

This device sucked hard enough to break capillaries on my nose but doesn't pull out blackheads. It might remove a few loose surface flakes but that's it. As for the exfoliation, you might as well rub sandpaper on your face. It's a coarse, rough head with suction (no rotation or movement).UPDATE: two days after using for the first time I have a giant triple-headed cyst the size of a dime on my cheek. I never get cysts. This is not strong enough to pull blackheads but is strong enough to rupture pore walls! AVOID!
