This is only turmeric, it doesn’t mix very well when you shake it ,it settles out and does not taste very good. Also unknown dosage per teaspoon

As I have heard you need pepper to help the absorption. So not sure it works I mix it with my green powder in coconut milk

5g serving size is terrible. Couldn't take it, too strong drink.
I tried taking this today before breakfast. I mixed it with 1 cup of water but couldn't drink this gross stuff. I threw the serving out. Maybe this is good for cooking as a spice, but trying to take it as a supplement is crazy.
