Diamond MMA 4 Strap Jock and Cup, Large

Using for kickboxing/bjj, most comfortable supporter I've ever owned.

Unlike most cups I used for hockey, baseball and MMA this one is very comfortable for a cup. The 4 way strap system works well keeps it in place. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it.

This is supposedly the mutts nuts groin guard, but the jock strap has proved impressively undersized (even if you are built down there like a 9 year old). The cup is interesting, it is stouter and has a higher volume than others such as shockdoc cups. The logo is stuck on the cup with a dab of pritt stick glue so it will fall off immediately. No big deal, but it immediately made me wonder.... Build quality on the Jock strap is underwhelming considering the price, with stitching coming off and loose threads galore as the whole thing unravelled after it was used twice. The strap system is superior to others on the market. But it is totally let down by poor construction and ball crushing sizing. If it was £25 all in it would be ok. But at the current price it is not worth it all.

Finally a cup that doesn’t need to be ya led around to do its job. I catch in a 35+ baseball league and this thing is the Ferrari of athletic protection.

Returning them due to sizing. Bought for a baseball catcher that is 6ft, 170 lbs and the large doesn't fit properly. It feels like the rise is too short and the straps reach their maximum stretch before the waistband makes it to the actual waist. Athlete has a longer torso and thicker thighs- not hockey player, sprinter or builder thighs but maybe to thick for this style? The cup is very heavy duty though and much wider and better constructed then current cup. My understanding is that after multiple wears the plastic softens and fits better at that time. The blue bands didn't show under white pants. Returning it but think it is a great option for catchers. My catcher is still growing so I might try again later in a different size. I researched jocks extensively as I wanted to find a good quality one as the balls are coming across the plate wild and fast and Diamond MMA kept coming up as the best option.
