The only complaint I have is that I was sent two right hand gloves. It hasn't been a huge deal, I just wear the left one with the writing on the palm; it has started to conform to my left hand. However, since I paid good money for a set of gloves, that is what I would have preferred to get. Having been on Active Duty (US Army) and then Army Nat Guard afterwards I am well acquainted with the wool inserts (although we only had the green ones then) so I know the writing is always on the back of the hand not the palm.Having said that, the gloves have performed exactly as I was expecting. I use them as inserts in an old pair of gloves that are getting tired and have little insulation left.
