Great customer service
I originally received a faulty unit. I wrote a review about it not working. The seller sent a message that they were replacing it ! I received the replacement a couple of days later! It works great! Pretty darn good customer service!

Good product
Have been using my original transmitter and am very happy with it. I bought a second one to have two units to compare the front and back of my property. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that I’m having problems getting both to work at the same time.

I use it to monitor the temp in baby's room
I purchased this remote transponder to add to what I already have. I have a little girl and wanted to monitor the temperature in her room when she is sleeping at night. I already had the receiver which has a nice screen and yellow light for viewing at night time. This remote transponder works great. It paired up easily. FYI: if you have more than one remote transponder, you have to remove the pannel on the back and select which channel you want to use. My receiver will accept a total of 3 channels, but you have to individually tell each remote transponder what channel it is going to be. I had to call Thermo Pro customer service to find that out, and it was such an easy fix. On a side note, Thermo Pro customer service was quick and very friendly.

Batteries wont last
My experience with TWO of the remote sensors/senders is that the battery life is poor. Not in the battery run time, but the time to where the batteries will not take a full charge. Gets worse and worse. Any they did not have that many charge cycles on them. Won't be ordering another remote to solve this issue.

Lasted about 3 years
In August 2019, I purchased the ThermoPro TP63B, which came with one transmitter and then bought one additional transmitter, so I could have one on each side (North and South facing) of my house. It's now September 2022. They have lasted fairly well, I suppose. The transmitters have both needed more frequent charging over the last year or so. However, one of them will no longer recharge. It's been an overall reliable and accurate system during the past 3 years, so I am just going to buy a couple more of these transmitters to replace the one that "died" and have a spare for when the other one stops working.
