Q: Is this the one that is $19.95 w/ free shipping as seen on TV?

It is somewhat the same. I did not get second one free nor did I get the bonus lint roller brush. I could complain, and probably should have since I had to pay for the both of the spin brushes. It works the same as the one on TV advertisement. I am a disabled person limited to my cleaning limits. The spin brush really helps me, and they weren't kidding when they said it would pick up big pieces. My dog knocked her food out of the dish and the spin brush picked it all up. JUST WATCH WHO YOU BUY IT FROM!

Q: Does it pick up cat litter on a tiled floor?

not really. pet hair and litter were the reasons i got it. the hair clogged it up and it scattered as much litter as it picked up. save your money!

Q: Can it work on carpet

No, the bristles are too soft to go into carpet fibers. The instructions clearly say that it's for hard floors only. And on hard floors, it works great.

Q: Does it pick up dog fur?

It does for the fist few seconds of using but then it is all in the bristles and after that, it won't pick up anything. I was not satisfied. Easier to just use a broom.
