I received the bottle broken but did not bother the exchange as I wanted to start the application Upon application hair was looking nice but the effect did not last for a month even I used the shampoo and conditioner and I can tell that it’s not a professional product . The shampoo feels and smells like a very cheap shampoo and same the conditioner. I am very particular with hair products which I used to bring from USA, and I can tell when the shampoo and conditioner are cheap. I will give another try for a second application so I don’t waste the big bottle. For the price I paid I would not give this product more than 50 dollars.
