This is my second time ordering this product. I really feel that it helps with my blood sugar levels. I am a diabetic not on medication who choose to go a more natural route. This was a good product as products go. Well made, easy to use, shipped well. I discontinued use of is when, after a year of taking it, there were no reasonable signs that it was having any affect on my blood chemistry.
