First Alert EL53W-2 Three Story 24-Foot Escape Ladder

Would the ladder be fine to go over a roof gutter? (aka is this ok for an attic unit with a slanted roof coming out the window).

Like many churches, we have a Choir Loft. As precaution in the event of fireat the exit, will this type ladder secure to the choir loft railing?

I live on 9th floor in apt building. can I connect to other ladder so it goes down to 6 story? All these are 2 or 3 story uses.

What type of storage container does it have for storaging it
