**Q: Can we attach a 2-way or 4-way manifold w-hoses to inflate/deflate 2 or 4 tires at a time? (like a handheld mw-60-4way 110v)?**
A: No,but I'm not sure!

**Q: will this work without air hose attached to decrease air?**
A: Good Morning,

This will let the air out if attached without an air supply but it will not give an accurate reading of what the tire pressure is because there wouldn't be the air supply trying to go into the tire.
